What were voters thinking?
Arnold Schwarzenegger, in my opinion, is the worst thing that could of happened to California! To give a little background on him before I start to mention his failures, Hes Austrian and his father is/was a Nazi. His father took him out of the U.S during the war so he wouldn't get drafted. He came back and somehow got into the movie business and became an actor with so little talent that in one of his biggest movies he had to play the role of a robot from the future that has no emotion, which meant that he had such an easy role that even a kid could play it better. Then he quit acting and got into politics just enough for people to notice. He ran for governor and by the shear number of non-educated Americans in the state of California, WON!!! Once in office, he messed everything up! California went farther into debt and then he decided it would be a good idea to furlough California state workers on one Friday of the month. Not to every ones surprise, he did it two more times after that in a blind and in other words pointless attempt to recover money.
In reality, all he did was send California's economy further in a downward spiral that will not be recoverable within the next 30 - 50 years. With state workers not working on the three Fridays of the year, California is not bringing in the income it would regularly on those days. On top of that, hes being sued for unlawfully forcing workers to take of days that were promised to them in contracts that were signed upon employment to their jobs. This will also add to the devastation that is becoming California's economy! The best thing possible right now is to through him out of office and forget he even exists!
You dont have to believe what im saying but these qoutes where actually stated by him.
"My relationship to power and authority is that I'm all for it." -- Arnold Schwarzenegger at 44 to US News and World Report in 1990.
"People need somebody to watch over them... Ninety-five percent of the people in the world need to be told what to do and how to behave." -- Arnold Schwarzenegger at 44 to US News and World Report in 1990.
"I was born to be a leader. I love the fact that millions of people look up to me."
Now after reading those qoutes, does it seem like hes what California needs? Cause to me it seems like he is a wanna-be dictator thats power hungry!
